Electric Tool

UPDATE : 2017-09-06

The cores of brushless electric tools are their brushless motors and controllers. As both load and speed of electric tools change in work, they are required of good torque output whenever they are moving fast or slow.

Motors of most brushless electric tools are applied with Hall control. Their controllers can decide the positions of motor rotors by feedback codes sent by Hall sensors and thus the motors can operate continuously in a controlled manner.

With scientific development, some electric tools are now powered by lithium batteries to render lower power consumption. In this case, they can be used for a longer time once charged. Lower power consumption and wider voltage range become development direction of the industry.

LiBrave is now working on this kind of Hall circuit and will launch its product before long.

Recommended magnet: bonded NdFeB.
